Fruity Loops Studio doesn’t recognise my mic?
I want to record in FL Studio. I have a good enough version, and I have downloaded and installed the asio driver whatever it is thing. My mic works with other applications, but FL Studio doesn’t recognise it at all. Given, it is a singstar mic lol… but I had previously tried using a MIDI keyboard, and it didn’t recognise that either. What is going on?

goed geluk

You have to enable ASIO, go to tools, audio setting, and click the box which by default says Primary sound driver and select ASIO. You obviously need to have the ASIO plugin which by default would have been installed by FL Studio unless you unticked it. In that case search ASIO4ALL on google and you should find what your looking for.
Make sure if you’ve got headphones on take them out because on most computers the internal volume control doesn’t work. And it’s always on max volume so you wouldn’t want to hit play with ASIO on lol
Next on your mixer select any insert tracks and click the box next to “IN” right at the top of the mixer and select line in 1 – depending on your mic/computer it might say something else.
Your mic should now work if not then I don’t know sorry

1) download and install ASIO4ALL
select any audio insert (preferably insert 16)
2) go to audio settings in FL Studio and select ASIO4ALL driver
3) click on the little ASIO4ALL icon in the system tray
4) click the wrench
5) find and select your microphone
6) close the ASIO4ALL window
7) open the mixer in FL Studio by pressing F9
9) look on the right of the mixer where it says IN
10) select your microphone from the drop-down list
*everything should be working fine now
if not, then your microphone input volume may be too low. you can change this in windows: go to the control panel and select audio options, go to sounds and audio device properties, click the voice tab, then adjust the setting for your microphone under voice recording.
good luck

new xbox 360 slim
Hey! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing several weeks of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any methods to stop hackers? new xbox 360 slim
