How Do I Put a beat and sing on Fruity-Loops Studio 8.0 XXL?
I just bought the program and I have a couple of instrumentals. The instrumentals are in MP3 format and I also have a microphone, so I want to sing using my instrumentals. Can somebody give me step-by-step instructions please?

It’s a bit tricky with FL Studio. What you’ll have to do is… (step by step, right?)
1. Mix down to an MP3
2. You’ll need to play the MP3 while you record. I recommend using Audacity (audacity.sourceforge.net). It’s free.
3. Load your MP3 into Audacity.
4. Make sure Audacity is set to record through only your mic.
5. Record away!
6. Save the recording by itself.
7. Load into your FL Studio project.
And that should be about it.
