    Three words…EQ, reverb, compression.

You would really need to practice and or study up on your mixing skills.

IMPORTANT: Before you start mixing, your vocals need to sound really good. In other words, if it sounds terrible before you start mixing, it will probably be impossible to get it to sound right. So the best trick to mixing is to make your vocals sound as good as possible during the recording stage. This goes for your beats too! The recording stage is very important. If your recordings are not up to par yet, I recommend looking into some recording technique books, videos or schools.

Once you have some great sounding recordings, then you can begin mixing. Mixing is the process of blending the tracks of your music so it sounds great. Your mix should most likely make your recording sound better! BE CAREFUL, BAD MIXES CAN DESTROY GOOD RECORDINGS, so brush up on your mixing techniques.

Since each recording is different, there’s no single preset that just mixes your music into an industry sounding record. If this was true, the best mixing engineers would not be getting paid thousands of dollars to mix a song. The labels would simply press a button and the mixing would be done. It’s not just the software, it’s who’s using it.

    Hope this helps!
