Is there a way to record voice in FL studio through a regular mic?
can i record my voice in FL studio? and can i put effects on it like the vocoder

I never figured out how to do that and Ive been using Fruity Loops for about 8 years now. You can record vocals in Audacity though and its free. I use Pro Tools but AcidPro and Audacity are good enough for what you want to do. Just record your vocals in there, then import it into Fl studio as a sample using the sampler or the slicer. Here is a tutorial on how to add .wav files into fl studio with the sampler/slicer
After you figure out how to add the vocals, then you can add the FX like vocoder, here is the tutorial on how to add fx
