Well for a start you install programs on your hard drive, not cpu. Anyway, have you tried using add/remove programs? Get this from Start, Control Panel, add/remove programs. Select Fruityloops and click remove.
If that didn’t work, go into C:\\Program Files/Fruityloops (or something similar where the program is installed. Select the Fruityloops folder and click delete. This may get it off your system. Otherwise, you may be stuck!

First it is not the cpu where you install stuff it is on the hard drives.
You can try to unistall the program from control panel ——-> Add remove.
You can also try and delete the folder where you have installed Fruity Loops
Ok the last method is start the computer in safe mode by pressing F8 during start up and then try deleting the folder where you have installled it!
You can also remove the registry of the software by using softwares like registry cleaner and many others!!!
Wish any one of these methods solve your problem!
